About the Role
GAO Tek Inc. is seeking Technology Support Interns to assist with technical troubleshooting, software support, system documentation, and customer support activities. Gain valuable experience supporting innovative technology solutions while working with international teams. GAO Tek Inc.’s global growth, driven by strategic investment and partnership initiatives, relies on strong technical support to keep systems and client relationships running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-level technical troubleshooting and customer support.
  • Documenting technical issues, resolutions, and system processes.
  • Assisting with software updates, testing, and system maintenance.
  • Helping maintain investor relationship records and follow-up activities.
  • Supporting market research and fundraising campaigns.
  • Assisting with strategic partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
